VASP MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION POLICY

In order to protect the privacy of VASP Members, their names and mailing address will be shared only under the following conditions:

1. That names and mailing addresses only will be shared, not phone numbers or e-mail addresses.

2. That the Board of Directors has specifically authorized the sharing of such information with a specific organization for a specific purpose.

3. That the organization requested the mailing list agrees to the VASP Distribution of Membership Listing Policy which specifies that the list is to be used for a one time only mailing and is not to be shared with a third party or to be used for telephone solicitation.

4. That the VASP member has not restricted the use of his/her mailing address to VASP.
